CHAPTER 1 GENERAL RULES
Article 1. The full name of the organization is the Spinal Health Specialty Committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies and its abbreviation is SHSCWFCMS
Article 2. Pope Purport SHSCWFCMS is one branch of the world federations of Chinese medicine societies with the academic and professional community, Created for the Chinese spinal health professionals of TCM worldwide organization. Spinal health specialty committee aims to strengthen the academic exchanges and cooperation between the people, they are in the various countries (regions) in spinal health related research, teaching, medical, and production and other institutions or organizations or individuals, to promote the improvement of the spinal health disciplines, development and application.
Article 3. Standing body " SHSCWFCMS " to deal with the daily affairs of the secretariat is located in Beijing Yizong medicine research institute of spinal orthopedics in the People's Republic of China.

CHAPTER 3 MEMBER
Article 8. The members to join or withdraw with the voluntary principle.
Ⅰ. Membership
1. The student whom graduated from medical colleges and universities in various countries, and engaged in the professional or related professional work with a certain academic ability and working experience.
2. Chiropractors or physical therapists who graduated from the American College of chiropractic, engaged in the work of chiropractic.
3. The physiotherapists whom training qualified by our committee or our joint training with the relevant departments of the "spine care physical therapists ", " spine health care technician ", and has engaged in spinal health workers.
4. Engineers or pharmacist who engaging in the development and research of spinal health care equipment or medicine, and whose products have been sold in the market.
5. Who actively supports the work of our committee and is engaged in the administrative management of the organization and management of their work and related to the health of the spine.
Article 9. The member application procedure
Ⅰ.Candidates for admission must first of all to the Secretariat proposed writing an application for membership, fill out the application form for professional members of the committee, and submit relevant information.
Ⅱ. Qualified by the Secretariat to review, that becomes a member
Ⅲ. Issuing the membership certificate or membership of a council certificate, every four years (a renewal of registration)
Article 10 Join and quit procedures
Ⅰ.Qualified individuals to join us, a written application shall be submitted for approval before it becomes a full member, and shall be distributed to the membership certificate or membership of a council certificate and a copy of management regulations. And published on the website of “the spinal health professional committee of WFCMS ".
Ⅱ. Members voluntarily withdraw, shall submit a written application, after the approval of the audit, to recover the membership certificate or the membership of a council certificate, the termination of membership.
Ⅲ. Non voluntary withdrawal, the Standing Council discusses decisions and in an appropriate manner to be announced, cancels the qualification of members, and published on the website of “the spinal health professional committee of WFCMS ".
Ⅳ.Members during the 4 years without special reasons not to participate in academic activities of the professional committee of cumulative number of times more than 3 times, the Standing Council discuss decisions and in an appropriate manner to be announced, cancel the qualification of members, and published on the website of “the spinal health professional committee of WFCMS ".
Ⅴ. Members will not be asked to withdraw property.
Article 11. Member rights
Ⅰ.Have the right to recommend and criticize to the Committee .
Ⅱ. As a member can give priority to participate in organized by our committee at home and abroad academic activities, and preferentially selected to attend the international academic conference.
Ⅲ. Members can be priority in the World Federation of traditional Chinese Medicine Association, affiliated journals published papers.
Ⅳ. Attend our committee's academic activities, enjoy preferential registration fee.
Ⅴ. As the member enterprises can for governing units, but by the Committee of the expert group review to confirm, whose the legal production of spinal health care equipment or medicine, can become the Committee recommended products, can also be free in the publishing Committee of the conference proceedings published propaganda content (only one page), and give priority to participate in the conference and exhibition (exhibition at the cost of the venue rental charge, this will no longer charge).
VI. To enjoy other rights in accordance with the regulation of the commission.
Article 12. Obligations of members
Ⅰ. Comply with the management regulations of the Committee; the Executive Committee's decisions and decisions.
Ⅱ. To complete the task entrusted by the commission.
Ⅲ. Safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Commission and its international reputation.
Ⅳ. Actively participate in various activities organized by the committee.
Ⅴ. Voluntary contributions to the cause of the development committee, or accept the Commission to raise funds in accordance with the law.
VI. To safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the committee.
VII. Take the initiative to recommend new members to the council.
Other relevant administrative measures shall be implemented in accordance with the administrative measures of the professional committee of the World Federation of traditional Chinese medicine.
